Southern Rocket
These are some of the books I have designed and published. The first two were written by my great uncle, Lawrence Schoonover, who had a dozen books distributed by New York publishers in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. Some, including these two titles, were international best-sellers, translated into many languages and sold around the world.
The third one, Only If You Really Want to Know, was written by my mother Catharine Bracken Scott, and the cover is her concept. After she was diagnosed with cancer and going through radiation and chemo-therapy, she realized she could not find a book about a way to alleviate the trials of her diagnosis and the challenges of life while being treated. She wrote this book to help others who are met with the prospect of going through months of treatment and dealing with recovery.
The fourth, Growing Up In Eden, is a memoir I wrote about my home town, Stuart, in South Florida.
The fifth book is my novel, I Jonathan, to be published in July, 2020.
